Foun­da­ti­on

The foun­da­ti­on bears the name “ARCHEMED Foun­da­ti­on”; it is a non-legal­ly capa­ble foun­da­ti­on under fidu­cia­ry admi­nis­tra­ti­on by the ARCHEMED regis­tered asso­cia­ti­on (e. V.) and is the­r­e­fo­re repre­sen­ted by it in legal and busi­ness tran­sac­tions.

The pur­po­se of the foun­da­ti­on is to sup­port, and to pro­mo­te in both idea­li­stic and mate­ri­al terms, the goals and tasks of the ARCHEMED asso­cia­ti­on; the foundation’s funds may be used only for the association’s sta­tu­to­ry pur­po­ses.
