Foun­da­ti­on

The foun­da­ti­on is named ‘ARCHEMED Foun­da­ti­on’; it is a foun­da­ti­on wit­hout legal capa­ci­ty under the fidu­cia­ry admi­nis­tra­ti­on of the ARCHEMED e. V. asso­cia­ti­on and is the­r­e­fo­re repre­sen­ted by it in legal and busi­ness mat­ters.

The pur­po­se of the foun­da­ti­on is to sup­port and pro­mo­te the objec­ti­ves and tasks of the ARCHEMED asso­cia­ti­on in both mate­ri­al and non-mate­ri­al ways; the foundation’s funds may only be used for the association’s sta­tu­to­ry pur­po­ses.
