Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is responsible for managing day-to-day operations and fulfilling the association’s purpose in accordance with the statutes, as well as for the use and allocation of the association’s funds, and consists of at least five and no more than seven persons. It works exclusively on a voluntary basis. Regular board meetings are generally held monthly.
