Gene­ral Assem­bly

The gene­ral assem­bly con­sists of all mem­bers of the asso­cia­ti­on and is the asso­cia­ti­on’s supre­me decis­i­on-making body. As of Decem­ber 31, 2023, ARCHEMED has 1,365 voting mem­bers who coll­ec­tively sup­port and advan­ce our goals and pro­jects.

It con­ve­nes at least once a year and elects the board mem­bers for a term of two years, as well as the finan­cial audi­tors and the exter­nal audi­tor for a term of one year. The ordi­na­ry Gene­ral Assem­bly rati­fies the boar­d’s actions and deci­des, for exam­p­le, on amend­ments to the sta­tu­tes.
