Quality & impact

ARCHEMED bases its activities on our guidelines and statutes. We work professionally and create needs-orientated solutions for local people. Our volunteer travelling doctors, nurses, midwives and therapists are highly qualified in their respective fields and specialise in infant and child care. We work together with many renowned professors and university hospitals in Germany and abroad.

ARCHEMED carries out regular monitoring. We have developed clear procedures and standards and evaluate our measures throughout the duration of the project. This impact monitoring is intended to ensure that the objectives set out in the statutes and for the respective project are ultimately achieved. Indicators are used again and again to check where the project currently stands and where we may need to improve and adapt our measures.

ARCHEMED is closely networked with the responsible medical colleagues and politicians as well as with the project partners in the target country in order to implement the measures in the best possible way and in line with the project objective. Experiences are systematically and critically reflected on together in order to learn and improve in the long term.
