Quality & Impact

ARCHEMED bases its activities on our guidelines and statutes. We work professionally and create needs-oriented solutions for the local population. Our volunteer traveling doctors, nurses, midwives, and therapists are highly qualified in their respective fields and specialize in infant and pediatric care. We collaborate with many renowned professors and university hospitals both domestically and abroad.

ARCHEMED conducts regular monitoring. We have developed clear procedures and standards and evaluate our measures throughout the entire project duration. This impact monitoring is intended to ensure that the objectives defined in the statutes and for the respective project are ultimately achieved. Indicators are used repeatedly to check the current status of the project and where we may need to improve or adapt our measures.

ARCHEMED is closely networked with the responsible medical colleagues and politicians, as well as with project partners in the target country, to implement measures in the best possible way and in line with the project’s objectives. Experiences are systematically and critically reflected upon together in order to learn and improve in the long term.
